"Neal" chambray shirts are some 'Regular Items' from Freewheelers that have been well-loved over the years! The design is inspired by the 1930s U.S. railway workers' chambray shirt and Freewheelers remake it to the next level!
This Japanese 8oz red selvage ID chambray is specially developed by Freewheelers which is slowly weaved from vintage shuttle denim machines. Unlike other chambray fabric, it has a more uneven texture that feels like the lightest weight raw denim, the colour is thread dyed so with wear & wash, you will see some beautiful ageing contrast!
We also really love the details that Freewheelers create for some best quality chambray shirts! Black coated iron buttons, extra cross-stitched pockets & chain-stitching construction etc.
Starting from the '25 version, this "Neal" chambray shirt will only come with a Rinsed (lightly washed) version so the customers don't need to worry about the shrinkage at all! They also extend the sizes to 18 (3XL) for our big overseas customers!
